Our mission is to make the final paperwork stage of uncontested divorce clearer, more organized, and less stressful for California families who already reached agreement.
Approach
We use a limited-scope process focused on drafting judgment packets, identifying form inconsistencies, and coordinating filing workflow. Most client communication is handled through secure document exchange and Zoom meetings.

Ben has spent his entire career practicing family law. From drafting to litigation, Ben has experience.
Ben attended his undergrad at UC Davis and went on to Law School at the University of San Francisco. At the University of San Francisco Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude which was earned through placing in the top 5% of his class.
He now has turned his attention to an underserved portion of California's Family Law practice. Using his experience, Ben now helps spouses move forward with their lives, with as little stress as possible.
